Do you accept returns? (Return Policy)
Due to the fact that most items are seasonal and offered at low, wholesale prices returns are not accepted. However, if an item is defective/damaged a replacement will be provided. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your first and last name(used on your order) and order number as well as pictures of the damaged/defective product.
A 9.99 restock fee as well as the 9.99 shipping fee will apply to all undeliverable/returned to sender packages and cancelled orders.
We are not responsible for items that are scorched in the process of applying HTV. By making a purchase you are aware of the temps and times each different material requires. It is always better to start on a lower heat and increase as needed.
How long before my order ships?
If your order is made up of entirely in stock items it will take 1-3 to process and 2-3 days to ship via priority mail. If your order does not ship in that time frame it is because you have ordered preorder items and orders that contain preorder items will not ship until ALL items are in stock.
PREORDER Terms & Conditions:
By placing an order in our preorders you understand that the shipping times are tentative and that should the shipping times exceed the expected shipping times we will not be issuing refunds. The product is already on transit to us and we committed to a set quantity including your order.
Preorders will not be subject to a refund of any kind until the products are received by Apple Blossom Blanks LLC and your order will be subject to a restock and cancellation fee. No exceptions.
